The story is about the Korney gang, ruthless bandits and killers that roamed the streets of Buffalo, New York in the 1920s. John "Korney" Kwiatkowski, Anthony "Shiddy" Kalkiewicz, Sigmund "Ziggy" Plocharski, and Stephen "Bolly" Ziolkowski were the main members of this gang that committed dozens of crimes across Buffalo. Edward Larkman was another resident who got caught up in their dealings, and Victor Chojnicki was a part-time member of the gang.The book details their lives and the many crimes they committed as well as their subsequent arrests, prosecutions and even electrocutions. There was possible police intimidation, corruption, the first machine gun in Buffalo, and a flurry of headlines for many years.It's a story waiting to be told, and one you will enjoy, whether you are from Buffalo or not.I am Michael F. Rizzo, and this will be my third book. The last was "Nine Nine Eight" and the first was "Through the Mayors' Eyes."
